Willow Shop · Terms & Returns

These terms apply to scrubs purchased through the WardRun × Willow shop. They sit alongside the main WardRun Terms of Service, which also apply.

WardRun × Willow. Both brands are operated by Med Services Ltd (company number 14915054). Willow is our scrubs label; WardRun is our exam game. WardRun members get 50% off remaining Willow stock as a member perk.

Med Services Ltd, 52A Cherwell Street, Oxford, OX4 1BG. Contact: playwardrun@gmail.com. Med Services Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.

7. Faulty or wrong items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If your scrubs arrive faulty, damaged, or are not what you ordered, email playwardrun@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we'll cover the return postage and replace or refund in full, including original delivery.

8. Return address

Don't post returns until you've emailed us first — this lets us track inbound returns and confirm the correct address.

9. Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you change your mind before we've shipped, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process above applies.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything we are not permitted by law to exclude. Beyond that, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL. The terms in force at the time you placed an order are the ones that apply to that order.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
