Willow Shop · Terms & Returns

These terms apply to scrubs purchased through the WardRun × Willow shop. They sit alongside the main WardRun Terms of Service, which also apply.

1. Who you're buying from

Med Services Ltd, 52A Cherwell Street, Oxford, OX4 1BG. Contact: playwardrun@gmail.com. Med Services Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.

2. Who can buy

• You must be signed in to a WardRun account to purchase.
• UK delivery addresses only.
• You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Price & payment

• Scrub sets are £30 each (top + bottom). Original RRP was £60; the 50% discount is the WardRun member price.
• A flat £5 delivery charge is added at checkout (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
• Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

4. Stock & availability

• This is the remaining Willow stock — once a size is sold out, it will not be restocked.
• Sizes shown as "Sold out" cannot be ordered or backordered.
• In the rare event a size sells out between you adding it and us picking it (e.g. simultaneous orders), we'll refund you in full within 3 working days.

5. Dispatch & delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 7 working days of payment.
• Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. A tracking link will follow by email once your order ships.
• We deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).
• Delivery times stated by Royal Mail are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.

• To return, email playwardrun@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll confirm the return address.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or are missing original packaging cannot be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that don't reach us.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. This includes the original £5 outbound delivery charge, as required by regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Return postage remains the customer's responsibility.
• No restocking fees are charged.

7. Faulty or wrong items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If your scrubs arrive faulty, damaged, or are not what you ordered, email playwardrun@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we'll cover the return postage and replace or refund in full, including original delivery.

8. Return address

Don't post returns until you've emailed us first — this lets us track inbound returns and confirm the correct address.

9. Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you change your mind before we've shipped, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process above applies.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything we are not permitted by law to exclude. Beyond that, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL. The terms in force at the time you placed an order are the ones that apply to that order.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
