Refund Policy

Version 2.1 · Last updated 22 May 2026

WardRun is a digital subscription service. Access to your subscription begins immediately when you complete checkout. This page explains how refunds work, in plain English.

Immediate access — your statutory right to cancel is waived

When you subscribe to WardRun Study Premium, you tick a box confirming that you want your access to start immediately. Doing so means you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is the same standard that applies to other UK digital subscriptions like streaming services and SaaS tools.

In short: once your subscription is active we don't offer statutory refunds, because you've had immediate access to the full digital product.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel from your Account at any time. When you cancel:

Faulty or non-conforming service

The waiver above does not remove your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the service is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work for reasons we are responsible for, you may be entitled to a repair, re-supply, or refund. Email us at playwardrun@gmail.com and we'll work through it.

Goodwill — exceptional circumstances

We are not legally required to offer goodwill refunds and we don't advertise one. In genuinely exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate accidental purchase, account taken over and used without your consent), we may make a discretionary refund. Email us and we'll review.

Third-party purchases

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through wardrun.com. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, please contact them — refunds for those purchases are handled by the platform you bought from.
